*⁠ ⁠Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, notify us at customerservice@southtonorth.co within 3 calendar days. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist, but STN is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return / Refund Eligibility

Full-price merchandise Eligible for refund if a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) is requested within 14 days of delivery and the item is received by us within 7 days after the RMA is issued.
Sale or discounted items Final sale. Not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges Not offered. Please return eligible items for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size or style.

Return Conditions

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or pet hair.
  • In original packaging with all brand, hang, and security tags fully attached.
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.

STN inspects all returns. Items that fail inspection will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your STN account and select the order you wish to return.
  2. Submit a Return, once our team approves your request you will receive a prepaid label.
  3. Affix the label and drop the parcel with shipping carrier within 7 days.

A $10 return-label fee is deducted from your refund, which will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of our warehouse accepting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Promotional codes are valid only during the stated period and may not be combined with other offers.
  • STN gift cards and store credit are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not expire.
  • Store credit issued for returned items reflects the amount actually paid after discounts.
