Welcome to South to North (“STN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.southtonorth.co and any related mobile site or application (collectively, the “Site”) as well as all purchases made through the Site.
By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which forms part of these Terms). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Product Information & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable sales tax, customs duties, and shipping fees.

  • We strive to display colors, fabrics, and measurements as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your monitor or device will reflect exact product colors.

  • STN reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

Orders & Payment

  • Placing items in your cart does not reserve them; inventory is confirmed only after checkout is successfully completed and you receive an order‑confirmation email.

  • We accept major credit cards and STN gift cards; payment is captured at checkout.

  • By submitting payment information you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and code—is owned by or licensed to STN and is protected by U.S. and worldwide intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;

  • Transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code;

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, STN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or products purchased through it.

 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute between you and STN are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting customerservice@southtonorth.co. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Changes to Term

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
