The MAREA is a dress designed with a type of stitch, the “abanico”, that mimics the waves of the ocean, an homage to the sea as it was interpreted by ancient Peruvians in drawings and textiles. Each dress is handmade by a single woman artisan over a period of three weeks. A showstopper dream for the summer.
